Sorry company ran by a horrible gm and district manager!! Store has no ac or heat. Management needs to change and franchisee needs to handle the lease agreement and get the building fixed.. boycot this business
I had an issue with a pair boots that I had bought months earlier. Spoke with D’lynn and she was very knowledgeable about that boot. She made some suggestions, I thought was a good idea. Thank you, D’lynn for your time and effort. Excellent customer service. I will visit again
