Always closing early. I show up at 5:54 to grab a pair of earrings and the doors are locked with a sign right next to it that says open till 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.so frustrating.
I've been to many boot barn locations and this location in Longmont is the worst of them all with the worst employees I'll take my money elsewhere
Went in to return $300 pair of boots that would not break in walking around the house and NEVER worn outside. The two women at the front refused to inform me of the return policy and treated me like I was a thief. They were able to pull my receipt up online and said that I only had a week to make an exchange after telling me to leave the store with harsh language.
