I bought a new felt hat at this location at the beginning of the month and asked if they could widen the brim to an 8 inch brim and was told that there shapers was out for the night I went 4 more times and called in add Vance to make sure there was someone there and they said yes then was told that they just went on break or that they had to refuil the machine and was told there was to many people in the store there were 4 employees and 3 people then went today and was told that they were gonna be able to shape my hat and th... read more

Disappointing experiences multiple times. Most recent visit, there was 2 active shoppers in the store, 3 workers. Not once were we greeted or offered assistance, and had to go to the front desk to get access to fitting rooms. At minimum, greet your customers…it takes 5 seconds. Offering help finding a size takes maybe 5 minutes. Very dissatisfied all around.

Stopped in for a pair of new boots. Asked the staff for help and all the said was go see if there is anything you like. Came back and all 3 where on there phones asked for help locating tony lama boots and was told we can't get any other styles than what we carry. Asked if the knew of any stores that could possibly help the didn't answer. Will be the last time I stop there

Poor customer service. No one at the counter to check out, went in back and asked two employees if I could get checked out. They both just looked at me, then one finally said ok but continued to work on the boots. Finally came up to counter, finished putting away the boots, he was very rude and unfriendly. I was a bother to him.

Service today was horrible. No floor service what so ever nor did I get greeted like any past visits. The girls that night were useful.
