Natalie was so incredibly helpful she helped me get my first pair of cowboy boots for me! And Andre the cashier was so nice as well everyone at that store has much patience and kindness thanks guys I will be back pretty soon 🤍
The gal that helped me was super sweet I wish I could remember her name. The reason I am giving 4 stars is just regarding their policy. I purchased boots and picked them up, wore them and they were half a size too big and wanted to exchange them. So I went to this location to start the return the day after I picked them up. They were unable to accept the boots because they have been worn so now I am stuck with a pair of boots I can’t wear because they hurt my toes when my foot slides forward.
Lot of nice western wear, staff was friendly and helpful.
