Terrible absolutely terrible customer service. These teenagers are there to socialize not help you. Plus you cannot even walk around it’s sooo freakin small. Avoid at all costs. Trust
Very expensive indeed. Sjop was empty,no customers at all except for me. Prices were ridiculously expensive. $500 + for a pair of boots !!!

Hello this review is for Jose Manual Let me start off with saying I had ordered boots online which came from the warehouse in Wichita Kansas I ordered a double EE and was sent a wide which my husband needs the double EE. I called the Boot Barn in Norco spoke with Jose Manuel who was amazing professional very helpful excellent over the top customer service if you ever need anything get a hold of him and he'll make sure that you get what you need Great sales rep Thank you Jose
