Where to start. I brought in my husband's old boot to see if they had it. I googled and saw they carried Rocky boots. She looked at his very dirty well worked in boots to find the code. Even grabbed a 2nd employee to help out. He was also so awesome but not sure if his name. Turns out...The boot was discontinued. I was sad and went home. I told my husband I tried to surprise him with new boots but they discontinued the kind he had. Ordered my jacket and pull-overs online and had them shipped to the Ontario store. Took about 5 days from order to delivery and everything was as advertised and packed up neatly in a Boot Barn box. The store staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.
