Always love going in to this store.
My wife and I were never greeted upon entry to the building. We were never asked if we needed help or even acknowledged at all, and I walked the whole store front to back and spent at least 20 minutes inside. There was no plus size clothing available in store. Or at least common sizes like 3xl. Not sure I'll ever give boot barn my money again. I'm pretty sure I was intentionally ignored. Besides that styles available were nice the store seemed tidy and clean.
Lack of options in everything I was wanting. They don't compare to cavenders. Belts, cowboy hats were in disarray and mislabeled. They also wouldn't order in a pair of boots by a brand they carry. So with that I'll be buying elsewhere.
Betsy was awesome, both my wife and I purchased boots today, and she was very helpful and patient while helping us find the perfect boots.
