One of the best experiences I have ever had at ANY western store! Tyler is by far the most personable, knowledgeable, and fun guy to shop with. He made an anxious and nervous first timer very comfortable and even had her laughing and trying on random funny outfits! Truly a genuine man. Parker Boot Barn is where it's at... I will happily drive 30 mins one way to get the service and professionalism that Tyler provides.
Absolutely fantastic, the young lady that helped me was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when I went blind and didn't see the pair for the boot was right behind it. She was great and suggested that I also get the conditioner, waterproofer to lengthen the life of the boots.
Store is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. I want to give a big shout out to Freddy, he was very friendly and took good care of me while shopping. Definitely will shop here again.
