Jade was amazing helping me in the store! I was not even looking for jeans but my husband was trying on work boots so i figured I would look around. I hate buying clothes as my body is aging with extra weight in all the wrong places. I hate buying clothes for myself or even trying things on with disappointment when I look in the mirror at what I see. But Jade approached me with understanding of a woman’s body. Boot Barn stores are always a pleasure to walk into, even if you’re not there to buy something. Always friendly staff, plus a clean and welcoming environment. The stores are pristine. Excellent customer service. Tarry was amazing in helping me complete my request, and I always appreciate the mom-and-pop feel. Thanks again!
