I shop here several times a year, and have always had a good experience. The staff are eager to help, the selection is good for the size of the store, and the quality is as great as the brands you choose. The only place I go for cowboy hats, boots, and western clothing.
I called this store to see if I could shorten my shoe's heels and Stephanie picked up and was an awful awful employee. She answered with short answers like "yep" or "no" and didn't thank me for calling or bothered to see what else she could do for me. I was very unhappy with her service.
