There boot variety is large and others accessories are well displayed.
Great people at this barn. Wish u had real selection for full figured women. And not at high cost. This is a smaller town and revenue is extremely with lack for us whom live here. We do have Coastal/Big R... I just moved here. I went into this store today, 8/13/2018. Although that's most of what wear I will never return. The "ladies" at the register just looked at me and never said a word. The Hispanic woman kept giving me looks so I just left. Not good for making someone welcome. I had to rate this to be able to write this review. I would have given a negative if I would have gotten a chance.

I shop here several times a year, and have always had a good experience. The staff are eager to help, the selection is good for the size of the store, and the quality is as great as the brands you choose. The only place I go for cowboy hats, boots, and western clothing.
Great selection and great customer service! Prices are expensive but quality of products is above the rest for western wear!
Spent 10 minutes in store looking for a short sleeve shirt....not one short sleeve shirt in the store, not one employee even noticed I was in the store. Not one person greeted me or offered to help. The employees behind the counter were discussing who would get the next break. Won't be back to shop in this store!
The managment there has gone to complete crap! Once Jerry left, the new manager does not know any knowledge on boots, her people, or the store its self! so disappointing.
The worst service ever, no one helped us, then when our boots fell apart ( no kidding) they would not make it right even after 2 mos of wear. I wrote the company, they would not fix either. Horrible store and company. Will not spend a dime there ever again. Does not deserve even one star.
