I wish I could say I had a positive experience but unfortunately it wasn't, I went there to purposely take my time, because my daughter was at a practice,so I came here to take my time! and they seem really irritated, but I still spent good money like I usually do, it's not my first time shopping here, so when i went cash out and leave the girl spoke in her mic- she's finally leaving!! I did not appreciate that!!
We went into the Boot Barn on 3-14-2026 in Medford, Oregon and had a salesman come up to help us then tell us he needs to put the paperwork he had in his hand down. Well he proceeded to walk up towards us and help the 2 people who just walked up and then they went to another isle. I just figure we weren’t important enough to come back and help us! Believe me, we will Never go back into there, and we will make sure our friends won’t either!!!
My employer has a commercial account and provides us with vouchers for work boots. The ones I needed were not in store or labeled available to the Medford location on biddle ave. Clyde went above and beyond ordering from out of area store witch was a nightmare. He kept me updated as I was required to have the boots in the field at a certain date for audits and safety inspections. "Professional" is an understatement. He exceeded customer in my opinion.
