My mom bought me a pair of boots as a gift and lives across the state. Their associate was in a hurry to leave her shift and told me the only way to return my items was for it to go back onto my moms card which would have been fine if it was true but that isn’t what their online policy say. I’ve had other really great experiences with this associate so she must have just been having a bad day but her bad day had an impact on a customer and that customer is now pissed. I wish I could say I had a positive experience but unfortunately it wasn't, I went there to purposely take my time, because my daughter was at a practice.so I came here to take my time! and they seem really irritated, but I still spent good money like I usually do, it's not my first time shopping here, so when i went to leave the girl spoke in her mic- she's finally leaving!! I did not appreciate that!!
Has alot of really cool clothes and a nice selection of boots
This store has so much for country attire! Found exactly what I needed.
