Wanted to buy a hat i really liked, it was totally out of shape in the front, I asked if they could shape it, they said they don't shape straw hats because it could damage them, but they also they said that they did? I mean do you want to sell the hat or not? I grabbed some boots and approached to the register to pay, but no one came near the employees who were there; they just looked at me and ignored me.
