First mixed review in a long time, but I always get great help when shopping there. The problem was trying to return something today. First - why does everyone fish so hard for personal info these days? It is annoying and just plain wrong. Second - I paid cash and guess what? "Oh, we can't do that right now." Wanted to buy a hat i really liked, it was totally out of shape in the front, I asked if they could shape it, they said they don't shape straw hats because it could damage them, but they also they said that they did? I mean do you want to sell the hat or not? Horrible customer service, no one wanted to help. you're not going to sell that hat without shaping it because its already been misformed, might as well throw it in the trashcan.
