Has alot of really cool clothes and a nice selection of boots

I've use Boot Barn for quite a few years in multiple states and never had any issues. Bought a new pair of boots a couple of months ago and when cleaning and reapplying mink oil last night I noticed the heel was coming apart. Figured no big deal and I would call and see how to resolve this. Called the store today amd was told "we only accept returns when the boots haven't been work, have the original tags attached, and within the first 30 days."
