I stopped by this store today looking for steel toe women’s work boots. As I entered I didn’t notice any employees so I searched for one to ask where the boots were. A lady told me and I tried on some but they didn’t have my size. I wanted to ask about a different size so I searched again for help only to notice there were employees at the register (to the right) the whole time. I didn’t see them upon entering. Your employee Hannah sent me abusive sexual messages on Hinge and attacked me for being a veteran. Her job title is “Manager at Boot Barn.” Maybe you should look into how your employees represent Boot Barn on the internet and take action to correct this. I bought a pair of boots a few months ago but I will not be doing business with an establishment who hires employees that harass veterans.

We looked all around the area for just the right boots that combined what we were looking for,,the sales lady was extremely helpful for over an hour , she was Great assisting us to find our boots!
