We love boot barn. But I highly recommend you DO NOT use them for a corporate or wedding account. It has been nothing but problems for us and our bridal party. They put the wrong vest on our account and sent 2 groomsman the wrong one. Another groomsman was getting his vest transferred from another store and after spending an hour doing it in store with a manager and an employee it was never initiated and sent thru and he almost didn’t get it for the wedding. I really wish I could rate this store higher because our first few visits were genuinely great. We were welcomed, helped, and treated with respect. Unfortunately, the last couple of times haven’t been the same, and we ended up leaving because the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. On our most recent visit on 4/18 in the morning, no one greeted us, and as we left, the employee at the front just stared without saying anything.
