went twice. the young girls were sweet and helpfull. regular boot barn experience. But. the second time an older woman was working and she followed us in every section. at first I thought she was just "too" helpful but then it was apparent she was just watching us. it was extremely uncomfortable and she was passive aggressively nice. we just got off work so we looked rough but that's no reason to stand in my bubble while im trying to buy a pair of bibs. Tho I wish i could remember her name the lady inside helped me so much and eas patient with me, the first time I went in I told her I was just looking and she still helped me a lot and the second time when buying boots she gave me lots of her time to make sure I got the right boot for me! Great experience!
My husband has big feet. They special ordered the shoes he loved in his size to the store so we could try and see if they fit. Making return easier if not
