Boot Barn is my go to spot. Picked up some great clothes for myself and for the State Fair, and they had everything I needed. The selection was solid, prices were fair, and the staff was helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This store is awful with customer service. We walked in & started looking at boots. No one approached even though there were 4 associates walking around us. Then once he decided on the ones he wanted we got hit with “can I help you”. Then at the register, the lady didn’t ask us how things were. Just started scanning & was done. Threw, literally, everything in the bag & started helping another customer with a return because she over charged them.
Bought boots on Thurs and requested it to be stretched, and was told that they will call on Monday but nobody called. Waited till Wed to call and they confirmed that my boots are ready to pick up. Went there and they don't have my boots. They cannot locate it. I asked for refund but they said they have to check security footage to see whereabouts of my boots and until then, they can't issue a refund and that I need to come back again later for anything.
