☆☆☆☆ – Disappointing First Experience Stopped by Boot Barn today excited to buy my first pair of cowboy boots, but unfortunately left empty-handed. I had a few questions since I’m new to boots, but the employee seemed irritated and uninterested in helping. His attitude made the experience uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel welcome or supported. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
Store is huge and has so many things, sizes and great staff. Def recommend going there for everything cowboy/cowgirl thing
