Sales person dead-stopped in the middle of hat selection and sizing, disappeared to help another customer. My fault for going to a bottom of the barrel retailer
The level of unprofessionalism is despicable there was employees on phone call!!! It’s a very bad aspect that employees look just like customers that you don’t know who to ask for help.
Absolutely poor service culture at this location. Staff at hat area were conversing with friends not interested in helping. Gent at area was very unhelpful after being prompted for help. After getting the hat, asked for the box and her was visible upset by the ask. Absolutely lazy staff and poor management of the team.
