Boot Barn on Los Altos parkway gets zero Stars I had to put one there just so I can get to the next step. I was in there for 15 minutes. Nobody walked around and gave me any attention. Went to the front register to ask for help and was ignored by two individuals. Just blatantly ignored. They looked at me and started having a conversation. Zero customer service for anything in there. I highly recommend that you just ditch this place and skip it completely. What a waste of time.
Bueno, en lo personal, me gusta la tienda. Me gusta lo que hay. Que venden zapatos, botas, todo y de buena calidad. Y a mi esposo le gusta mucho porque ahí encuentra sus mejores botas de trabajo
