absolutely unprofessional! didnt have my hat even started after three days and it was supposed to be done this morning for an event. then when confronted about why it wasnt done, the front desk lady tried to lie and say they called regarding details of the shape and i didnt answer.. when they were all stated in the notes left with the hat in the first place! if you want professional hat work done, dont take it to boot barn on los altos!
This was a great place to find my (and my daughter's) attire for a country-themed wedding. The staff was pleasant and very helpful when needed.
