Great store and friendly staff
I walked into Boot Barn expecting customer service and instead got eye rolls, attitude, and a clear sense that my presence was an inconvenience. The employee helping me seemed annoyed from the moment I approached her and made no effort to hide it. If you hate dealing with customers that much, retail may not be the right job. Rolling your eyes at customers and acting angry when someone asks for assistance is unprofessional and embarrassing for a business that expects people to spend their hard-earned money there.
