Nonchalant when I walked in after work at 6:45pm, store did not close for another hour and 15 minutes. Did not want to help or commit to making a sale, maybe it was because I was in work clothes? Also, I do not understand why the employee even got the sale as she did nothing for me and did not even want to help measure my belt size and said she could check my previous purchases from my bootbarn account from a purchase years ago. The hats are very expensive, and because of this high price, no one buys them and they are covered in dust, but it was a very nice store for those who are interested in cowboys. I bought a complete set of clothes myself and was satisfied.
