Nonchalant when I walked in after work at 6:45pm, store did not close for another hour and 15 minutes. Did not want to help or commit to making a sale, maybe it was because I was in work clothes? The hats are very expensive, and because of this high price, no one buys them and they are covered in dust, but it was a very nice store for those who are interested in cowboys. I bought a complete set of clothes myself and was satisfied.

Everyone in this, the Simi Valley store is fantastic for the management. All the way down. I can't even tell you how comforted it makes me feel shopping in a place that knows what to do and has your back the whole time
