Everyone in this, the Simi Valley store is fantastic for the management. All the way down. I can't even tell you how comforted it makes me feel shopping in a place that knows what to do and has your back the whole time

Staff at store, older woman was useless, garbage customer service, expressed boots were a bit small. She suggested I go look for myself for the right size instead of scanning the box and letting me know if they had the correct size. She was too busy closing the store register at 7:30 and wanted to get out of the asap it seemed like. Asked to please order my correct size and she said I can do that online.
