Very clean and well organized
I went to this location to get information and sizing for boots to purchase online. Lucy gave me a wealth of information on brands, toe style, sole pros and cons, how a boot should feel once on your feet. She help me try on different boots and listed the pros and cons of each boot so that I could make an informed decision. She even suggested product purchase such as the boot jack and the various boot inserts. Our visit to this Boot Barn location was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us or acknowledged us. We noticed staff sneaking glances at us and exchanging looks, which made us uncomfortable. No one offered to help us or asked if we needed help finding anything, the entire time we were there, mind you some were standing around in the front as we walked in.
