Staff is inattentive and rude. No help what's so ever.
Came into the San Mateo Boot Barn so my fiancé could get a felt hat. The two men at the front of the store stood there gossiping while we waited for them to help us. Alex finally decided to take a breath from his riveting conversation with the security man to ask us if we needed anything like we hadn’t been standing there waiting for help. Great place as always. If you need help, there's always someone to ask. Really good selection of clothing for both men and women. Walked in for one thing, and walked out with a handful. Definitely will be shopping there again.
