I normally don't shop here, but I had a gift card and a party to go to. So offcourse I waited to the last minute to buy my daughter and myself some new clothes for the party, so as a single dad to a little girl, its sometimes tough buying her an outfit that's going to match. Chino Hills location. Left a hat to be shaped before leaving town. Shape came out good. But Didn’t get it before leaving as promised. Came back the hat was filthy with dust and lent. Didn’t bag or protect the hat. Staff said yeah it gets dusty in here. Staff didn’t offer to brush off my hat or try to protect it after being shaped. I had to brush the hat off myself. Girl just walked away without asking if there was anything else she could help me with. Not friendly.
I decided to go to this boot barn because it’s bigger than any other stores near me and the customer service is horrible! I bought some boots and I told one of the girls that I wanted them stretched out and she was being so persistent about saying that I had to break them in first. Like if she didn’t want to offer the service that BOOT BARN provides. I had to put my foot down and tell her I wanted to have them stretched out regardless.
