Estoy absolutamente indignada con la atención que recibí en esta sucursal. La empleada Heily (o al menos ese fue el nombre que entendí) brindó uno de los peores servicios al cliente que he experimentado. Horrible experience I just left boot barn in chino hills and I will definitely not be back ! As I was trying on boots one of the workers just came into the aisle and rudely pushed the boots we were trying on. Then there was a worker named Alexis who was beyond rude. I needed a fitting room and it was like I had to beg for one . The whole time I was in the store I felt like I was just being watched by them as if they thought i wasn’t going to buy anything.
Excellent layout at the Moreno Valley boot barn.. very nice store an excellent service
