I decided to go to this boot barn because it’s bigger than any other stores near me and the customer service is horrible! I bought some boots and I told one of the girls that I wanted them stretched out and she was being so persistent about saying that I had to break them in first. So I decided to choose the boot barn near me and I have purchased things from the store in the past. But I won't be going back because of the really lame customer service. Unfortunately, the only two stars I gave were for the lady who tried to help my daughter (a new customer) with her first cowboy hat. I steered her towards the George Strait Resistol over the less expensive felt hat and we went to the counter for final purchase. ..
