It was awesome great prices, nice employees very helpful greeted me as I walked in.
Angela, you need to find a new job. This place is terrible! The customer service was horrible. She acted like it was her job to constantly repeat herself on store policy about a purchase that was made two hours earlier. She claimed that the boots we had just purchased were worn, making false accusations. It was so unprofessional! Not to mention, the boots I just bought are also worn. Really bad service, the place where u have to leave your shopping bags from another boot barn store at the front, never going back to this location again eveeeeer, if i could I'll give them -5 stars
