Fantastic staff. Warmly acknowledged and made to feel welcomed upon entry. Wide inventory of assorted items. The store was clean, cool and inviting. I always feel welcomed and valued at this establishment. Ample and abundant on-site parking is available while visiting this establishment.
It has been years since my last visit to this store. It's either smaller than I remember or they just have more stuff. I didn't like the fact that all inventory is on the floor. The boots I selected had scuffs on them and I asked if they had "new ones in the back", that's when they told me everything is on the racks. They did what they could to correct the scuffs and they looked good. When I got home, different story.
