The lady working the counter didn't even great us and we felt glared at. Just felt unwelcome and decided to go elsewhere.
I purchased a straw hat from a vendor over rodeo week that came in to town. Unfortunately they didn’t shape the hat correctly. Javier was able to fix my hat. I’d recommend visiting Javier to get help and advice on cowboy hats so that you can get a cowboy hat fitted as it should. He also helped with getting a case for the hat! Thanks Javier!

So my mom, dad and myself went on Thursday, we were helped by Tony. Super knowledgable! My dad ended up getting boots he loved with soles. On Sunday, we had to come back with my boyfriend so he can get a pair of boots as well. Tony helped again. Long story short, we ended up leaving with a whole outfit along with boots. Super nice helpful guy that you can tell genuinely likes his job and is a genuine person. Thanks a lot for your help, Tony!
