Just visited the new Boot Barn location at Gurnee Mall and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. The store is clean, well organized, and has a huge variety of boots, clothes, and accessories — something for everyone. Big shoutout to Obet for the outstanding customer service. He helped us with everything, and I even ended up buying the same shirt he was wearing because it looked that good! New Location, No entrance to mall through store. Amazing boots, shirts and other western gear. Prices are reasonable and large selection. Great customer service and well organized. They also can steam shape your new or old cowboy hat. Plenty of parking.
Went into this new store today looking for boots for my wife. As I was waiting for her I seen they had belts, I grabbed one off the shelf and went to pay for it. It rang up as $45, on the tag it said $44, not a big deal. When I questioned the price the cashier’s response was “well ya that’s with tax”. I said no it has in the tag $44 and it rang up $45.
