The way the boots are displayed is so chaotic and so disorganized and nobody there wants to help you and then they sold me a pair of boots and because it was just so chaotic I want to ended up not realizing until I get home that they sold me two different boots as a quote unquote pair you don't even get them in a box and you're just stuck sorting through mounds of boots trying to find what you're looking for absolute trash 10 out of 10 don't recommend
This place sucks! Customer service is terrible went in a first time no one came to ask if I needed help they were too busy chit chatting behind the register area after 30 min I finally went up to them asked for a size they didn’t have it so I resorted to purchase online through boot barn tik tok shop, hat came in and it was bent a little on one side!
