Just visited the new Boot Barn location at Gurnee Mall and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. The store is clean, well organized, and has a huge variety of boots, clothes, and accessories — something for everyone. Big shoutout to Obet for the outstanding customer service. He helped us with everything, and I even ended up buying the same shirt he was wearing because it looked that good!
