The customer service is lacking. The staff seems more focused on their own conversations than on attending to customers. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to check if there was a different size in stock, but the person I asked never returned. I tried asking someone else, but they did the same thing.
The new Boot Barn location at Gurnee Mills is awesome! You can get to the store from Lot B or Lot C (there is no entry from the mall side)...it is about 50 feet from Buffalo Wild Wings. The store looks great, the leather smells soooo good when you walk inside. The staff is very friendly (thanks for the help Joanne and Kat!). Looking forward to going back in the near future!
