The floor staff tend to be wonderfully helpful (maybe they get commission, but I don't care - they are great), the manager (owner?) however seems hassled, rude, and unhelpful. She took one look at my feet and said "oh, your feet aren't wide". Um, my feet are a C width. After 40+ years of living with these particular feet and now 8 pairs of the particular boots I was requesting I know that especially in Ariat boots I need a "wide", (a brand which runs narrow anyhow...).
