Tried to get some work shoes from here. Don't bother buying anything that you have to order through their catalogue because they say it'll take a month for your order and the staff are completely worthless for anything other than taking your money. Go to work wear in Commerce City instead

It truly frustrates me to write this review about Boot Barn because of the disappointing experience I had there. It's quite apparent that this store is dealing with significant loss prevention issues, as evidenced by the way I was treated as a customer. My boyfriend, who frequents this store, took me along to find a new pair of boots. First visit to this location. Very limited selection of womens work boots. It would have been nice if the little employee party of giggling and showing things on their phones would not have been carrying on when the store had a lot of customers, many looking for assistance-me included. This staff could take customer service lessons from the location I made a purchase at in Washington State. I won't be back.
