Always loves this store but the manager needs to go! She is a rude person I will never go there again until she is fired.
Went onto the store to exchange jeans I bought yesterday. The lady(glasses) at the jeans kept taking what I was shopping for and folding them, putting back up. She was stand sooo close I couldn't shop. I even asked if I wasn't suppose to shop at the jeans area.she never got the hint. I took something right quick checked out & found out she's the manager..love that store but, she needs shopping etiquette.made me feel uncomfortable all together
the minute you walk in someone greets you and helps you find exactly what you need and through personal experience when a product is not in stock they order and ship it to you for no extra charge!!!! Love this store! Have all the clothes and boots that i need to show horses

LADIES BEWARE!!!!!!! AS I WAS IN THE LADIES CHANGING ROOM TRYING ON A TOP, I LOOKED UP RIGHT OVER THE DOOR AND SAW A SECURITY CAMERA THAT HAD PERFECT VIEW INTO THE LADIES CHANGING ROOMS, I WENT RIGHT AWAY AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER, AND THE REGIONAL MANAGER WAS THERE, I ADVISED HIM OF IT AND HE SAID THAT I WAS RIGHT, AND IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF, THIS WAS 2 MONTHS AGO, I WENT IN THERE YESTERDAY AND IT WAS STILL THERE, YET THERE IS NO SUCH CAMERA IN THE MENS CHANGING AREA!!! I called this store to see if I could shorten my shoe's heels and Stephanie picked up and was an awful awful employee. She answered with short answers like "yep" or "no" and didn't thank me for calling or bothered to see what else she could do for me. I was very unhappy with her service.
