Went to get some new work boots for my new job. The guy the greeted us (tall, with tattoos, wearing a big cowboy hat) was amazing. He showed me all the work boots that qualified what I was looking for. Sorry, for not remembering his name. He gave great info about the boots. He let me try a few on and let my fiancé and I decide which one would be best. We tried on 2/3 shoes and found one I liked. Then the older gentleman (also great, but didn't catch his name either) helped me with some great socks to pair well with the shoes... read more
Very small store for a boot barn. Didn't have my size, but that's OK. Staff was very friendly and professional and try to help you out with all your needs
All the staff was really great never have had a bad experience while shopping there
One staff member was very helpful. The older gentleman that helped my husband and I found the boots that my husband felt comfortable in. The other staff member abandoned us without suggesting any questions about the type of boot my husband was looking for.
