Rose is absolutely AHHHMAZING!!! Great location, even better customer service! One of the BEST!!!
Called for help replacing a hat band. The first lady I spoke to was trying to be helpful and find the number of someone who could help. She placed me on hold and the Second Lady who picked up refused to reconnect me to the lady who was trying to help and said she had no idea if they could replace bands. Hung up on me. When i called back and asked if she could connect me to the First Lady she said “nope she is busy.”
It is heaven for western wear and boots. Well, it is the only decent choice. Great selection though prices are a bit high. The staff is good and fast. Not too in your face either.
Boots are extremely cheap and customer service was poor. Will not be recommending to co workers and veterans.
