Laura helped me with selecting the perfect Christmas outfit for my Granddaughter, I told her she liked Green and she found me the cutest green western shirt that had just came in, it was $90 but it was perfect, she then showed me how the girls are wearing them with tank tops. The customer service at this establishment is impeccable. We were greeted as we walked in the door immediately. Helped with any and all questions we had. Speedy service! We realized after buying the purchase it was cheaper to buy online. They gave us the difference with no questions asked. I am so grateful for the amazing service and I can't wait to be back. Yes! I agree. This is my favorite store and only store I ever shop for my cowboy appearl. I would give it a 6 stars if I could.
I recently purchased a pair of jeans. They fit great in the store, the sales staff was wonderful..... but once I got the jeans home, and they were washed and dried, that's when the problems began. Once they were worn, they just stretched more and more, till I finally had to leave a party that I was at, go home and change. The next day, I called RCC to explain to them my problem, and since the jeans had been washed, they would not return or exchange the jeans or even offer me store credit.
