As a professional interpreter, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Boostlingo. I was invited to participate in a 10-day unpaid training program with the promise that, upon completion and passing an exam, I would be hired. I committed to this training, dedicating my time, energy, and availability. We have recently started using Boostlingo and so far, are pleased with the service. We needed an on-demand Nepali interpreter, and the wait was just 2.7 sec! The family was very appreciative. We had one small blip, but customer service was outstanding in responding to the concern.
Boostlingo has been very helpful for my newly opened medical clinic in El Paso, TX. We need interpretation for Spanish speakers often and our calls/videos go through in seconds. Support staff has been great to work with so far. It was easy to sign up and so far has been very user friendly. They also have very competitive pricing when I was looking into other services.
