Ordered a bowl, got a smoothie. Was very clear with what was wanted, this service is extremely disappointing. Even after calling the store about the mess up, the attitude stayed consistent unfortunately. After requesting for the smoothie to be changed into a bowl I was told they were “too busy” and “they closed at 8” (it was 7:30) so it was “too late to come in”. I’ve been to this location a few times and the service has consistently been disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and standoffish. Today I ordered my usual Strawberry Storm, but it tasted off. I assumed it might have been made incorrectly and didn’t think much of it at the time. Unfortunately, I later became sick and threw up after drinking it and felt awful afterward. Just wanted to share my experience so others can be cautious.
Doordashed booster juice a few months ago, and I got to the end of my smoothie before realizing there was plastic pieces in it. I dumped it out to investigate and it appeared that a plastic bag was blended up WITH my smoothie. I guaranteed swallowed at least some, but there was plenty of bag left in my cup I tried to contact doordash, and they would only refund me a few cents and wouldnt help any further.
