The best spin studio around! Have been a member of the boost community for the past 4 years and I’m so grateful for this place.
I joined Boost Fitness in early 2022 and looking back it was such a great decision. I have taken spin classes both through a popular home bike and at other local studios but neither can hold a candle to Boost. The staff are super friendly but they also have the distinct knack for being able to get the best out of each person during their workout. Everyone that takes classes at Boost inevitably becomes a part of a close knit community. If you haven’t tried a class here, you’re really missing out.
