Sarah is Fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable. Sarah immediately knew why my phone was having several technical issues that prevented it to be properly activated. Now it's working and she taught me a lot. Great service.
Bad service both by phone and as a walk in customer. I was not acknowledged by either of the two employees who were working... one was on a personal call chatting away and the other chatting at the counter with a friend... both ignored me completely. No other customers were there. This place is a waste of time.
Received amazing service here from Sara. I came in with an issue that we were ultimately unable to solve, but Sara was extremely patient and helpful through a couple of days of troubleshooting. I will for sure be regarding this as our phone repair place in Jacksonville. Note: we have needed to replace a couple of cracked screens on phones locally and the prices here are better than other spots we've used.
