So for the past year, this company has shut down our auto payment every month!!!! They always have an excuse but it's never validated. I drive through 4 states every day for a job and my wife works from home and has a medical issue, that if she calls me I NEED to be there ASAP. Today I'm driving from one state to another and tried to make a call and it wouldn't go through. Last week I switched to Boost . Their affordable plan is one of the main reasons. However, the fact that there IS a real store where a customer can actually meet someone and ask questions is very important! "Emi" was extremely helpful in getting my service up and running.
Emiliano was great. He was able to help us get our account straightened out.
