If I could give ZERO, I would. I went to this store to open an account. I asked about the offers I saw online, and they did not want to honor them. I then asked about just opening an account with them, and they wanted to charge me $10 for a sim card, when I could get it for free doing it online. Then, after I opened my account, I had issues activating my phone, to which I went to the store for an in-person interaction, and they did not want to help me. Not very happy with the experience left with a phone that isn't working and yet the bill continues to come of my account for a non working phone !!
