We use this company for a while now and it's been a great experience, every time we have any type of issues, Zahid always help us🤗 He always goes to the next level helping us with whatever issue we might have at any time🤩 We definitely highly recommend this place! It is located right on 32nd St & Greenway, there are also more stores around to shop around with good deals and they even have a Gym here, besides a coffee shop of course, for coffee lovers 🫶☕
Internet customer service deals are NOT recognized by stores! Insurance was horrific I paid $27 for replacement phone never got it and no help from store where I paid just a phone number to there insurance co.
After being with Virgin Moble and now boost mobile for years, I must say their billing and their customer service suck lately. I have been over charged for monthly service after upgrading to a new Apple phone which I have payed for. Now switched to a new service provider and they locked out my new phone's Sim card. Making my new I phone which I have paid for useless junk! Now they charged me another months service again after I informed them goodbye last month. Billing me with no service. Absolute corruption.
