I had such a great experience! I met Ali, Pauline (Account Executive who was working on beautiful display marketing), and Steven the Sales Rep — they were all amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel welcome. Their professionalism and positive energy made my visit a pleasure. Highly recommend working with this team! such a great team. I got them some free drinks cause they are great.

This store is dishonest when selling devices. I came into the store for a $199 upgrade and later learned that they signed me up for a $1200 phone lease and multiple added phone lines that I did not authorize. They will do this without providing you any paperwork and by lying directly to your face about what they have done to your account. Boost is great, but this store is a mess.
