OH my goodness.. the lady who helped me and my mom is so amazing.. 😁.. she is the best I've had to do business with.. so helpful and knowledgeable.. I've been with boost for years and never had an issue but every year I'm with boost, the customer service keeps getting more dumb and disrespectful. Went in today to do an upgrade and separate someone off my plan. Th lady told me to come by around 12pm and she could help me. So I stopped by for her to waste 30 mins of my time to tell me that she couldn't do an upgrade, switch my plans, or get a new phone without her supervisor.
