Staff not friendly and rude.False advertisement Said get Motorola Razer on us if you switch to Boost. Went to store, they want to charge you for the phone, then get credit back. Staff had no idea about the poster in the window.Called Boost, they said this offer ended May23. So they couldn't do anything. Great service, NOT.
Boost mobile is ridiculous. Totally ripped us off with misinformation.Admited their mistake and still robbed me of over $300! Got two new phones yesterday and was told after the first month we could lower the price of the monthly bill. Go to change it on their app and nope can't do that. I called customer service and nope really cant do that. I switched to them with the impression it was gonna be cheaper. Nope they lied to make sale and gain a new customer. I'm so beyond angry.
