Their customer service is a joke. Spent hours trying to activate a phone for my mom. Still have not got this resolved. All their service is handled overseas and they are very hard to understand and communicate with. Still need activation but need to find time and patience to deal with them again. I would allow 3 hours minimum and a full battery if using a cel phone.
Do not go here. They do not honor their own phone insurance plans. They are even rude about this! Seven dollars a month for nothing!
Great people that go out of their way to take care of the customer.
