I have had Boost Mobile for years. Have had uneventful service. It slows to a crawl during peek hours was my only complaint previous to this review. Boost is doing an upgrade on their tower. They did NOT notify their customers prior that we would not have ANY SERVICE at all for weeks. It has now been 2 weeks with NO SERVICE and they cannot give me a timeline as to when service will be restored but they are still charging me my monthly bill!!!
