Zaira was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered at any Boost store. I went in trying to add my grandma to my plan as a surprise—I had no idea what I was doing. Zaira walked me through how to get what I needed from the old carrier and what steps we needed to take to add my grandma onto my plan.
