I came here to purchase a phone with my wife a few weeks ago and I'm just realizing the girl working behind the counter took both me and my wife phone and gave her self a 5 star review??? Does boost teach you guys to do that? We will never be back and will be switching carriers since we find this practice to be very unethical and invasion of privacy. no wonder this store was empty and no customers came in within the 2 hours we were there
Valeria was the lady that fixed my phone today! Very nice and informative. She listened to me and was professional and helpful . I am so pleased to finally have my phone fixed again. Zaira was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered at any Boost store. I went in trying to add my grandma to my plan as a surprise—I had no idea what I was doing. Zaira walked me through how to get what I needed from the old carrier and what steps we needed to take to add my grandma onto my plan.
