I had problems at the other boost location. There was a new girl in there who said it wasn’t her store I wanted to buy a phone on site. She couldn’t activate it and said the system was acting up another man and there was buying three iPhones she couldn’t activate those either I left. I returned the next day. The store hours said they were supposed to be open but no one was there so I left and I left a complaint on the Google maps website. Zaira was amazing! The store on Washington Blvd right around the corner was a nightmare, rude and incompetent employees. We were in a Jam trying to get my niece a new phone last minute and ZAIRA was willing to go above and beyond amd got us the best deal possible. Hope corporate sees this... she deserves a promotion and a raise!!!
Pésimo servicio una cobertura celular muy mala . Sin contar que su plataforma d momento se bloquea y no permite pagos y vas a la oficina y te dicen este será free por qué hay problemas y de momento te encuentras que te quitaron el servicio por no pagar según ellos , al menos un sms después del pésimo servicio vale
