I stopped by Boost IV & Aesthetics recently for Botox and an IV drip, and I’ve been telling everyone about it since. The spa feels like a hidden gem — calm, welcoming, and exactly the kind of space where you can unwind. The staff greeted me right away, walked me through both treatments, and made sure I felt totally comfortable from start to finish. The Botox turned out even better than I hoped. I called and requested 300 mg of NAD in a 500 mL bag. They told me they could accommodate. I was charged correctly for the 300 mg of NAD. I paid $50 for the glutathione that was advertised as free with first infusion. Then, I was charged an extra $135 for 1000 mL of fluid I never asked for or received. Very disappointed for the bait and switch and the overcharging for services.
