Red light therapy and cryotherapy have helped in healing my lower back pain. Over the years PT, massage and acupuncture have supported mitigating pain, but I have found cryotherapy the most beneficial. Boost’s hours and flexibility are fantastic!

This place is fantastic! The staff is amazing. Cryogenic therapy is incredible for both mental and physical health!
I had a really good experience here I love trying out the red light and cryo I feel so much better and skin doesn’t feel so inflamed. I recommend trying this out.
