Boost is life changing! I have been a member since last July …. My joints ache less and I sleep like a baby ! Infrared sauna with the cold plunge is my favorite ! A must ! The environment is clean and the staff are helpful !

Today I came to boost for the first time and was greeted by the lovely receptionist, Alexa. I did some Cryotherapy treatment and I’ve never felt more refreshed in my life. 10/10 Experience and can’t wait to come back!
