This gym is a must see for anyone in the area. 10/10 atmosphere and equipment. There is tons of solid equipment for both powerlifting and strongman. with mix of machines and specialty bars. The owner was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re into strength training or just want a no-nonsense place to train hard.

I find it hard to believe there’s a better gym in this area if you are bodybuilding or powerlifting. Smith machine would be a solid addition but still top tier without it

Beautiful old school garage gym. Grungy, cool, and plenty of identity. The squat racks are great. Only downside is the plates aren't calibrated and wobble on the bar when you lift. The benches are amazing though. Did not expect grippy rubber bench covers in this place. Owner is amazing to work with. Just show up. Be courteous. Keep the peace. Trained here earlier today, they do not have pre determined hours BUT it is very easy to get a hold of owner and set up a time to set up an appointment: also this gym is geared towards both bodybuilding and powerlifting with nautilus hamstring curl machine, pendulum squat, and hack squat. Great machines huge variety and most of all big ol heavy dumbbells all weights are metal and they jingle nicely just fyi 10$ day pass they also have WiFi ask owner for pass.
