Absolutely the best gym in town owner is also a super chill guy!!! I love this place!!! Best equipment I’ve ever used.
What a gym should be.
This gym is a must see for anyone in the area. 10/10 atmosphere and equipment. There is tons of solid equipment for both powerlifting and strongman. with mix of machines and specialty bars. The owner was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re into strength training or just want a no-nonsense place to train hard.
I find it hard to believe there’s a better gym in this area if you are bodybuilding or powerlifting. Smith machine would be a solid addition but still top tier without it
Beautiful old school garage gym. Grungy, cool, and plenty of identity. The squat racks are great. Only downside is the plates aren't calibrated and wobble on the bar when you lift. The benches are amazing though. Did not expect grippy rubber bench covers in this place. Owner is amazing to work with. Just show up. Be courteous. Keep the peace.
