I don't write a lot of reviews but I've now been without AC in the 100 degree TX heat for four days because this company does not show up for appointments or know how to diagnose an issue. I made an appointment for Tuesday, the techs didn't show up until Thursday and neither of them seemed to know what they were doing. My AC coils had frozen over so they they said they turned off the unit to let the fan circulate and thaw the ice (they didn't actually turn it off and I had to come back and actually turn it off).
