Excellent Medical Service, The front Ladies assitants are always helpful. The Doctors are new to me but find, them excellent. Very little waiting time.
Boorowa Street Medical Practice is an excellent doctor's surgery. Dr Erum is an wonderful women's health doctor. The staff are professional and knowledgeable.
These people are incapable of taking mental health seriously. They have repeatedly sent through incorrect paperwork - in one case a YEARS EXPIRED referral letter, despite them assuring us it was still valid! Now, after going back to get a fresh referral, they sent through the wrong paperwork AGAIN! All we want is to get a family member much needed mental health support, but due to their incompetence, this process is taking months longer than necessary. Best medical practice in town. Excellent doctors, very friendly staff and they are rarely late, and if there is any lateness, it's no more than 10-15 minutes.
I recently visited Dr. Elora at the Borrowa Medical Practice Centre, and I am beyond impressed with her professionalism and care.
