I’m extremely disappointed with the way my daughter was treated when she attended an appointment with Dr Amy Kelly. My daughter was only 10 minutes late, and the reason was that she was unable to find a parking space. Rather than showing any understanding of the situation or taking a moment to hear her explanation, she was turned away and did not receive the medical attention she had made the effort to attend for.
