I'm 46yrs old. I have multiple properties. So I know about the headaches trying to find reasonable insurance. I can't express how much I love this company. They go out of there way to help you. They save me close to $3000 on one of my buildings with better coverage. I have been using them for years. Still to this day they always try to save me money! In my experience, this is the only company you need to use!
My parents had been satisfied with the help they received here. Recently, my father had health concerns that led to me having to assist them. We did not receive a bill that Boord-Henne said was sent to us. I called to explain we never got it and asked why we didn’t get a call about it. I explained the personal health concerns we’ve been dealing with and I did not appreciate the attitude/lack of empathy from Steve. I paid the bill that we just learned about.. compassion would have been appreciated.
