My parents had been satisfied with the help they received here. Recently, my father had health concerns that led to me having to assist them. We did not receive a bill that Boord-Henne said was sent to us. I called to explain we never got it and asked why we didn’t get a call about it. I explained the personal health concerns we’ve been dealing with and I did not appreciate the attitude/lack of empathy from Steve. I paid the bill that we just learned about.. compassion would have been appreciated.
I ended up going with another insurance company due to a change in personal circumstance. Nevertheless, this agency was very ethical and honest throughout and after my tenure as a customer with them. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an insurance agent.
