Had a very disappointing experience with Sorrena. I was so excited to get my first car, but that feeling was ruined when I unexpectedly received a letter from EastLink. The dealer had used the toll road after registering the car under my name, without mentioning it before or after delivery even when we met in person. Unfortunately the car Service is terrible, the showroom needs nicer offices, and definitely newer and cleaner bathroom area, the floor is very slippery going to the toilets, and the customer coffee area in the showroom needs an upgrade as well. But worst of all when I call for a general enquiry they keep hand balling me to another area and often the wrong area. I leave a message to an AI operator that takes the messages but I don't get a call back. today's call on the 27/2/2026 topped it. I called the sales area, politely as... read more
