I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Booran Suzuki Dandenong. Jackson was fantastic to deal with, specially with me not being able to chose between cars, with no added pressure Jackson went over all the pro's and con's of each car with no added bias. Once the decision was made, it was organised seamlessly, and ready the next day. No mess, no fuss. Jackson went above and beyond showing us the finer things with the car. Service is good, showroom is good but needs nicer offices, and definitely newer and cleaner bathroom area, the floor is very slippery going to the toilets, and the customer coffee area needs an upgrade as well.

What a fantastic dealership! Needed a car in a hurry due to unforeseen circumstances and Raj at Booran Suzuki could not have been more accommodating! Booked in a test drive the next day, ran through everything efficiently and professionally. Signed, sealed, delivered within a handful of days. Honestly could not have asked for anything more from them. The purchase of the car was great. The service team at Dandenong Suzuki are not good pre-delivery check was not done properly as the tires were over 45psi. First service was not good either as they did not fix my concerns with the radio. I have taken it back for a second time and the radio is still not fixed. And to to top it off, when I picked up the car and was driving away, I noticed the bonnet shaking. They did not close the bonnet after working on the car.
