Mitsubishi Dandenong used cars. Booran motors. Very friendly presale service from Salesmen Rod and salesteam, Communication started to drop after deposit left prior to car delivery slightly. Over 2 weeks after payment of car in full still waiting for Holding deposit refund. Phone calls and emails to Finance manager Miguel requesting refund without response. Left with an unpleasant experience with their Finance dept and still $500 out of pocket to date. Though happy with car purchased.
Traded in a vehicle in May 2024 - the vehicle that was traded in recieved a parking infringement in March 2025 with Meri-bek council. When I contact Booran Motors the receptionist I spoke to confirmed she was the one that falsely nominated me as the responsible driver at the time. I asked to speak to someone else at the dealership because it didn't make sense that she would be the one to correct her own mistake. We had done tons of research and were set on a Suzuki Vitara. We met with Jackson from Booran Motors, he was most helpful and gave us a great price. He organised everything and the vehicle was ready on the day promised. His follow up since we purchased the vehicle has also been great but we have had no issues to report. Very happy customers :)
The most incredible customer service by Steve and I was very impressed by his service. I sincerely appreciate his time, effort and support in helping me purchase my new car.
