waste of time and money to get the car service with them
In reply to your comment from my first review - I was charged $410 to see what the issue was in my vehicle, followed by a phone call from Debbie telling me I needed to pay another $800.00 before they started. I asked multiple times to Debbie for a payment plan as I was unable to pull $1200 from the sky as no one these days are made of money. On 24th July I made a booking for my car to be serviced on 22nd August via their website, so just under a month in advance. I went to drop my car off and I was told I didn’t have a booking. I showed my “appointment confirmation” email, with the correct time and place on it, but apparently that’s not a confirmation. They didn’t have the parts to do a service for my car in stock, so couldn’t squeeze me in. I walked out very disappointed and annoyed.
I am so stupid to go back there.
